Christy does a beautiful job of telling the history and benefits of cacao as she prepares it and then walking us through the ceremony with her soft spoken words and magical sounds. And, what a beautiful collection of tools for our ceremony like meditation chairs, blankets, eye pillows to ensure our comfort.
Being able to share the genuineness of our separate life stories, gratitude for our connected energy and even the happy tears from our individual experiences during ceremony was so meaningful. Our gifted facilitator held space for us as our feelings and emotions came to the surface, beckoned by Mama Cacao spirit and her many helpers who brought us together to connect to one another, our inner selves and beyond.
