Amy was born and raised in Springfield Mo, and while she loves to travel, the Ozarks have always been her home. She is the youngest of three children and the mother to three as well. Being the mother of those three humans will forever be her life’s greatest accomplishment. Early in life, survival was a necessary instinct and way of living.  From having twin daughters my senior year in high school, to being diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer a year later and given a 3-month life sentence, she learned an easy life is not promised and survival is not the same as living.

She was faced with a choice, and made the choice to live.

Now she uses those experiences and many others, to help powerful women, like you, close the gap in your lives and truly live a life you love.

As a coach, she uses my personal story of survival turned living, to empower and inspire others. She also uses that passion to guide you on a path to intentionally living and loving a life of intimate fulfillment and joy.

When we, as humans, live and breathe into our heart center, we are allowing the wisdom of our souls, the light of our lives, to lead us.  This Love Light will lead us into the direction of our souls desire every single time. She is passionate about teaching you how to lean in and receive that in your life.

Rather you are single looking for that fairy tale kind of love, engaged to get married or have been in a committed relationship for some time, she will work with you to discover your strengths, how to accept your weaknesses and to love in a way that honors your life and the lives of those you are in relationship with.

She finds purpose and joy in connection, with people, with nature, with dreams and with her hula hoop. Yes, my hula hoop. She truly loves to work it all out inside her hoop. You should try it, too!
